My boyfriend and I are doing a 90 day challenge to get hot and healthy in time for our local gay Pride celebrations! I've been sick a few times already this year and my boyfriend has gained quite a bit of weight, so we've decided that now is the perfect time to get ourselves back on track to a healthier lifestyle!

We're cutting out fast food and sugar, replacing two meals a day with ViSalus meal replacement shakes, and going to the gym on a regular basis.

I want to lose to get more toned and convert my extra fat into extra muscle... I wonder if I could have a 6 pack for the first time in my life? My boyfriend wants to lose 30 pounds, so we have pretty different goals, but this 90 day plan will work for both of us to achieve our goals if we stick to it!

And that's where my vlog channel comes in: to help keep us accountable, we're going to document our journey in the form of comedic weekly vlogs on that channel. So be sure to subscribe to that channel, and better yet, join us in committing to getting into the best shape of your life in 90 days!

1 - No fast food or sugar (mostly home-made food, veggies, etc)

3 - Work out most days (we're going to the gym 5 days a week)
