Many inventors and "patentors" play legally patanting with the "patented" mention while their creations are no longer officially patented by any patenting office federal or provincial in the dissuasive purpose to try to protect their inventions avoiding prohibitive fees. I create interactive PDF's and I don't know if it can patented!

I don't think its actually patented. I searched all the major patent databases including Canadian and there's no sign of it or any patents by MattCanada yet.
