anyone hear any practical solutions? looking at our dark shadow self will cuz a serious crashing of rational vs irrational no one commenting seems to be suffering or insane tsarion states over and over in his work that being in our self-hood is tremendously difficult and this world makes it even more difficult when we delve deep into this shadow work. and yet occultist warn insanity is a danger, everyone except tsarion. but apparently doesn't matter commenters seem fine no apparent insanity YET
