Hands-on critical review of this latest flagship device. Is it the best phone in the world? From camera to interface to components, I pass judgement.

Steve you think putting a Pureview camera on WP7 can save Nokia? Cause I know they are not selling enough Lumia...

Jury's out. WP7 just isn't a stand out improvement for many people over the incumbents.... Time will tell! WP8 may make a difference.

Hi Steve. I asked you a couple of weeks ago, what phone you would recomend me. And you said the Galaxy Nexus, but now im not sure, maybe I should get the Samsung s3 instead?

SGS3 is better than the GN, yes, if you don't have to have vanilla Android. But also more expensive! 8-)

Steve in your future videos, please do a show about Android vs iOS. And please address the "it just works" phrase from iOS fans, because everyone else who isn't in Apple's bubble knows for a FACT that, that statement is just not true...

"it just works' can apply to any smartphone really, once you've set it up. And, IMHO, Apple phones need almost as much setting up as any other. There's slightly less to go wrong, but all of these phones, used to the max, are somewhat complex to get them as you like them.

    Still 808 and Galaxy Nexus....

Er..... there aren't any. IMHO. Last good Android camera phone was the XT720. Me being a stickler for Xenon flash etc 8-)

Nice review Steve.. Powerful phone with some interesting new features. Some gimmickry going on there too though. Audio on the video shot was awful. Shame on you Samsung. Have they getting rid of the jello vision on this new model? Maybe a longer test would reveal it's shortcomings..

I'm lucky, I use iphone and android devices daily (and configure android phones for friends etc). Having been an android user for over 3 years and an iphone user for just several months I can totally understand the phrase 'IOS just works". People's needs are different- IOS does not get in the way of the still better app store for IOS. I'd also add that I've used Microsoft's OS and it's very easy to use- ideal for people who want simplicity or are new to smart phones (and aren't "geeks":)
