  • I used to sell these things, this was actually my demo at the time and I saved the brochure.

  • i also have the demo binder to go with it hehe

  • Rainbows are a good vacuum but you are both right. Fine dust will not be filtered by water alone. And in a rainbow the dirt is being thrown into water where as in nature rain washes dust down to the ground. But the rainbow will outdo and bagless vacuum anyday. If you want proof suck up drywall dust or flour it will blow right off the water. I don't recemend this though. But try this fill you sink with water and dump a cup of flour on it does it sink in or bubble on top.

  • @duckfart77 A bong works under a different premise than a vacuum. Have you ever not cleaned a bong? The water filters plenty of the tar from the smoke. The Rainbow is using a fan to disturb the water. It isn't just a straight tube like a bong. The water sloshes and catches the dirt. Then what's left is captured by the HEPA. If you think Im wrong you can always do a smoke test on the vac. or ashes would work as well.

  • I've had Rianbow vacuums for years, the dust that a Rainbow will not trap are usually an oil base or petroleum base, thus, they will not stick to water. Same as scents that you put in your Rainbow, they need to be oil based, as to not stick to the water. Rainbow years ago made a filtet to put AFTER the water that would capture these particles....not worth it in my opinion for normal household cleaning. Still, the greatest machine ever for cleaning throughly!

  • I had one for seven years and I loved it. I wish I could buy another one.

  • For normal household use (not shampooing) that is exactly how you use it. There is a marker in the center of the water collector, you fill it with water to the top of that marker and use it.

  • hey can i use a wet n dry as this vaccum ?? i mean can i just pour some water in the wet n dry and use water as filter??
