'Tragger hippy' is a very funny candid camera tv-show in Belgium. For the charity cause of Broederlijk Delen, they produced this hilarious clip, in which an old couple is halted by a fake police officer, because they don't have the (non existing) road allowance sticker stuck to their car. But if they donate for B.D., the police won't fine them. And if they'd like a cup of coffee to recover?...
