Have me as your personal online trainer at http://myhitechtrainer.com/tihealthandfitness Hey all, all Natural Drug Free Bodybuilder/Powerlifter Tuan here with my 6th day of HELL WEEK. Here I am trying to do all I can to over train and burn up as much glycogen as possible. Here I am hitting chest/Shoulders/Triceps. This is just of the different Tri Sets I like to use when getting ready for a show. First is my power movement, Barbell Bench Press: reps are 4-6 and I have worked up to 315 lbs. Second is my strength movement, Barbell Military: reps are 8 to 12 and I have 135 lbs. Third is my conditioning movement, Body Weight Dips: reps 20 to 25 reps. For all you guys that are thinking about getting into bodybuilding, you better get ready for this for in order to get the conditioning you need for a show, you will need to apply this training principle. I hope you enjoy watch the vid. PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT PROPER EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • Nice video dude....I'm a prior service member and now doing contracting here in the middle east. All my prior service marine friends watch all your videos and you inspire us and motivate us. I told them i'm going to be the second biggest asian they'll ever see....next to the greatest TUAN..LOL! Hopefully before I come back to houston I'll be ripped just like you sir....same height and weight and live in houston texas. Hopefully to meet you in person and take pics..lol! number one fan here!
