...that sounds SUSPICIOUSLY like what Mr. R said that he did for his audition "Hey! Break a leg!....I DID."

...and just like CBS/Glee vs. JoCo, no justice because Rollins didn't file some arcane variant of an 'concept copyright/patent/trademark' so PepsiCo's ad company could use it without permission or recompense.

Y'know? I think PepsiCo™ (or some ad company they hired) stole Henry's idea for his audition; that Pepsi One ad where there's a bunch of young suits-to-be waiting in a hall for an interview, the one guy goes in; starts beating himself up and screaming - making it sound like the boss is doing this to him - and the interviewees are leaving nervously, then the 'victim' throws himself out the door, scaring off the last couple of candidates except one...who turns out to be a friend of the prankster.
