Randolph Winters has been a UFO researcher for many years, and due to his books, videotapes, and lecturing, he has had the opportunity to have many interesting first-hand experiences and conversations that most people are not aware of. Randolph discussed several of these interesting experiences on a CBC radio program hosted by Art Bell (Coast to Coast AM). One of his case was the story of billy eduard meier. "Billy" Eduard Albert Meier (February 3, 1937) is a citizen of Switzerland and alleged and self-claimed contactee. He is also the source of many controversial photographs of objects claimed to be UFOs. Meier claims regular contact with the extraterrestrials, and presents much spiritual and philosophical information from these meetings. He describes the Plejaren as humanoid much like the humans of Earth.

@BelialfromAbbadon They are not the richest maybe in weapons but that right there tells you what sort of people and country they really are. When he talks about Billy's money problems he says he is xx amount of dollars in debt even when Billy doesn't use the dollar. He does the measurements in US. Uses US places like Colorado and LA. Good information but this guy needs alot more world experience.

This guy is talking about how bad it is to think God's rule our lives and how bad it is to be jealous, angry and rude........Yet for the 5700th time in these video's it's all about America now he is joking right? By saying USA runs the world? I really thought some guy who has spent so much time with Billy would NEVER say that. Each country runs itself. USA makes me so angry.

Sorry to bring up another completely contradicting philosophy ( Theosophy ) but .. .

if anyone has read Blavatsky's works they will find that she maintains the exact opposite :

That we hardly ever reincarnate back on earth . .. that we nearly always go to some other world after this one because there are so many out there

Who to believe. ... that's the question at hand

"man wakes up ( comes back to life might be another way of putting it ) in the Morgue"

And I have heard of several other cases like this in my lifetime
