Gregory 河國榮's Showreel (200904)

Version 2 of my showreel was put together by a friend, a professional editor, and it shows. The showreel is made up of many of my favourite clips from my recent years of acting, intertwined with a self-introduction I recorded while in Mexico last year. The editing is great. Thank you dear friend.

The self-introduction is in English. The clips are in Cantonese except for one in Mandarin and one in English. However, most of the clips in this version of the showreel are subtitled :-)

I FOUND you, finally. You are in so many series I love, but so briefly that your name is seldom on the cast list. Just the long process of searching for your name made me think, "Oh, how under appreciated he is!" It's so great to see these comments that share our love for you. Out of all the non-asian actors cast in TVB series, you are the most natural. To say your Cantonese is the very best doesn't even begin to describe it! I hope you will further the success you deserve.

@HoKwokWing There is a scene similar to this in 西貢小姐, which the actress sit on the bed and posing for the american soldier whom she fell in love with to sketch her. sorry I can't find any of the clip, but the dialect, screen selecting, even the tone colour of the scene are almost the same. I guess this is the little idea of the scriptwriter and the director ;)
