Job Description:
Do you have a high level of experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, some Access? If so read on.
We are a member organization with a high energy group of professional to work with and need a receptionist and an office assistant. Both positions require highly technically skilled candidates with a can do attitude.
Candidates with a can do attitude.
BA/ BS preferred
3 or more years previous office administration/operations experience
4 years minimum customer service experience
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Above average customer service attitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong telephone skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure
Independent worker, requiring minimal supervision
Dependable and punctual
Able to prioritize, multi-task with high attention to details
Able to work with a wide variety of people
Able to effectively react to unpredictable events and manage conflict
Strong project management skills
Professional presentation and demeanor
Prior experience working with external vendors and client
Familiar with database software, ideal would be IMIS, membership applications or donor software
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet
(Candidates will be tested to demonstrate software skill level)
