Thank you for having your elbows slightly bent. I see many videos and demos with the elbows locked. Really hard on those elbows and shoulders when you lock the elbows. Bending the elbows slightly with work the triceps good also.

You should straighten Your legs better and put your exercises in some normal line up, not just jumping on and aoff the ball as You please...and I am not a proffesional in this.
