I eat alot and eat healthy And still can't gain weight it's all on your metBolism and genetics some people gain really easy while others cant gain at all

i barley eat anything and i'm a little fat and they eat all that time and there cafes are as skinny as my lower arm

i weigh 147 and im 18...my family is a bit bigger than i am and people notice that i don't obvious eat/live like them. i run three times a week, walk a few days, workout three or twice a week for a hour/ hour and a half focus more on upper body most of the time, i do abbs everynight just enough to get the burn and thats it, what i drink is mainly water/koolaid/and milk, i eat basically whatever i want but in portions...i keep myself slim by just staying active, you dont have to over do it
