good bless you sir for uploading this, greatest intro in film.

i think terminators 3+4 have hot a really bad press, Certainly there noth the best movies in the world but there not that bad either, i quite enjoyed. Also, i think 2 is massively overrated. Its alright but for some reason or reasons it just nowhere near as good as the first movie. Kyle reese rocks!

@bijibadness its the cheapening and laziness of hollywood.
-
@aCroatianSensation while it is a very very good scene i think everyones issue with the 4th film is that is was not this 5 min clip extended over the length of a movie. At least its a better direction and film then that pile of crap movie Terminator 3.

If I lived in the future war between man and machine I would be first to say "Aww HELL no!" if someone suggests that we ride in a pickup truck during a battle.
-
@aCroatianSensation Exactly my toughts, just a min ago
told a friend who never has seen the movies that the first
and second movie had the seeds of the 4th movie ..but were
disgarded >.< really shame that it wasn't like this with the feeling
it gives every times I watch these 2 movies..

los angeles 2029

Avatar is good but let´s face it:It won t have the classic stature of The Terminator,Aliens,Terminator 2 and Titanic. These movies got older well with time.Avatar will be forgotten many years to come.
This 5 minute scene is better than the whole Terminator Salvation movie.

you guys notice how, like, everything still looks great? (the flying ships, robot soldiers, explosions, etc.) - well, that's "practical effects" for us. they actually flipped a truck. we would NOW get a hollow, CG artist's rendition. remember the 2029 sequence in terminator 3? instead of 100% ACTUAL ROBOTS (only a few at a time) on screen, we got a whole platoon of hilariously lame cartoons walking stiffly down a hill. back in '91 it musta been "OHHhh...!" - in '03 it was "UHHhhGUHH...!!"
