Hida♥Kona+Pein ~Happy Birthday~

Behold the result of an incredibly boring birthday week (I say "week" because in addition to mine last weekend, my younger sister's birthday was a few days ago). It was unusual. We hardly celebrated either occasions at all (though especially my sis's, which was sad :c ). So in order to occupy my time I made this as a little gift for myself.
Story? Ummm.... Well, I thought of one, but it's kind of weird. I'm not even going to try to explain it fully, but it has something to do with a birthday party, a slaughter, HidaKona smex and Pein actually encouraging it to satisfy his voyeuristic fantasies.... don't ask.
Why the cameo by Hinata and Hanabi? No reason other than it fit the "sisters" line.
