  • well honestly i worked out 4-5 days out the week while on the fast.. and i got alot more energy. Just don't overwork yourself.. The most important thing is that during your workout you take time to rest and stretch, and hydrate yourself.

  • I know its a gross question, but i'm considering doing this. If you have nothing but liquids, how do you poop? I mean, it seems like you gotta eat something or else your insides that push the solid waste out get weak
