After Dr. Rick and Karin Dina's video on whether or not coconut oil is healthy, we got a lot of questions about what fats are really healthy...
Today, I address them all! Plus my thoughts on tamari (whether or not it contains gluten as well), agave, flax oil and whether it goes rancid when dehydrating, irish moss and what to do with kelp powder.
I know it's a marathon, and there's a TON of great info... :-)
I read sunburn is a result of malnutritioned cells

that's my thinking. If is not naturally available I just don't eat it. I too soak my flax and use almost non of the ground ones.

just a few hours, or overnight. That's how I do my crackers. I let them soak overnight then next day I season it then spread it in my dehydrator.

Thank you!
I asked because Dr. Brian Clement mentioned that he grinds sprouted flax seeds and eats like that but his wife, Dr. Ann Marie Clement, soaks the seeds and drinks that water.

Guessing by experience: 4 hours minimum, not sure of a maximum, but 18 hours is fine at least. I think you can get the benefit from them even when eating them whole if soaked overnight..

Hi
Would you, please, let us know for how long the seeds should be soaked to obtain benefits?
Thanks in advance!
