    If we are talking in terms of rock & roll saxophone, King Curtis is the father, Bobby Keys is the son and the Big Man is the Holy Spirit. I give credit to King Curtis and Keys just for the sheer amount of performers that they worked with...Clarence doesn't need any of that. Even if he had never worked with Ringo Starr or Jackson Browne or anyone else, his stuff with Bruce would still enshrine him as one of the greats, not just a great sax player, but a great rock & roller
