@MsBrucejuice It's "quick of a knife.." I always thought it was night too until I saw a copy of the hand written lyrics. Thanks for posting all these great videos!

@Lonewolf3165 I found it, this lyrics refer to the early live version played on 5 Febr 1975 at the Main point and has been played before the release of the BTR album version (according to springsteenlyrics)

The piano opening gives me goosebumps. This is the best example of telling story set to music. We shouldn't forget Danny. R.I.P. to two giants of music.
