How to obtain G.F. Doomtrain? FFVIII

A small guide to obtain Doomtrain.
Salomon's Ring = Solomon's Ring


You must collect a variety of items in a specific amount, along with the Solomon's Ring. Once all the necessary items are collected, simply use the ring from the item menu and you'll obtain Doomtrain.

Solomon's Ring
Solomon's Ring is the key to obtaining Doomtrain. It's located near the drawpoint at Tears' Point in the Esthar area.

Steel Pipe x6
Steal from Wendigos. They populate the wasteland surrounding Galbadia Garden.

Malboro Tentacle x6
Steal from Malboros. They populate Esthar's Grandidi Forest, as well as the islands closest to heaven/hell.

Remedy+ (x6)
Purchase 60 Remedy's from any general item shop and refine them to Remedy+'s using the Med LV UP ability from Alexander.

Have Alexdander Learn the ability 'Med Data'. Then Med Lvl Up can be learnt for around 200+ AP(I think). A good way to get AP is to fight cactuars in the desert on Edea's House continent. 20AP per cactuar defeated. Hope this helps :).
