I'm glad Elizabeth Dole was voted out, but Kay Hagan shouldn't have thrown atheists under the bus either. When she was accused of affiliating with 'Godless Americans', Hagan should've expressed representation for all voters, regardless of religious affiliation. God is a myth and Hagan really showed her true colors while defending Dole's attack ads.
A thoughtful, reasonable person will most certainly side with Thomas Jefferson's belief in the Establishment Clause: "Wall of separation between church and state."
Rabid, radical right-wing fundamentalist evangelical christianists will surely dissent.
i hope you washed that hand wiht anti-bacterial soap.
