Taiwan Tea Ceremony is not a particular performance before having teas. Taiwan Tea Ceremony in fact is to serve tea to the respectful and elderly of the family during important occasions of our lives. In a wedding, or ceremony of Ancestor Worship or memorial services, performing teas serving is always the most important moment. This clip is the Tea Serving Ceremony from the wedding of Josephine & Thomas. They first serve tea to the Bride's mother, Bride's older brother, then, they serve tea to Thomas' oldest brother and his wife. Then children of theirs serve tea to Josephine & Thomas. (It is the 2nd marriage to both.) Then, at the end, Josephine & Thomas serve tea to each other. With love, gratitude, and respect, tea is served.
