This video was shot with the helicopter held down and about 1/3 normal flight RPM with very little collective pitch. It was shot at 600 frames per second and shows how the cyclic control moves the swash plate (at bottom center) which in turn is linked to the flybar and main rotors. It probably is not 100% accurate compared to what happens in actual flight but is interesting to see the mechanics of the rotor head.

  • @hutadut Hmm... belt? I'm not sure what you mean, but this heli has no belts. It's got gear driven main rotor and a shaft driven tail rotor. Some helis have belts for the tail rotor I think.
