he is somewhat feminine in speech and movement, but that's largely just from his royal upbringing. his is skinny, but that is just skinny, not feminine. he certainly has some very masculine aspects.

I'm skinny and have a very deep voice. weight does not affect vocal chords.

no. when lelouch used geass he spoke outloud and basically said "help me or I'll tell them about orange". It gives the impression that "orange" refers to some horrible shameful secret that jeremiah has. He uses it throughout the rest of the series to gain psychological advantage over jeremiah. No one knows what orange is, but they assume the worst and mock his treachery.
