ANY involuntary blood draws or DNA sampling is a violation of the fifth amendment. The constitution is clear, period, end of argument. The end does not justify the means. EVER.

I hope every one of you that accepts police "discretion" and favors this law gets jabbed and injected. Maybe the police can save the drugs they confiscate to inject your daughters under the guise of blood test, rape them, and then tell them if they dont plead guilty to dwi they're gonna get them for possession and distribution.

You pay your taxes for the police to jab you with needles without your consent and allow these pigs to tell you that their illegal law is llegal? No wonder your state is being invaded by illegals while you delude yourselves to think illegal means good workers and family people. Welfare and gangs and cartels is more like it. Police can cam your vehicle and document everything on cam to use in court but you have to allow them or their badge bunny nurse to jab or even inject you.

Fools this is beyond unconstitutional. You are giving the police more and more power because there is crime. Well guess what fools? The police are criminals too. A cop can be a felon wearing a badge. You are fools to allow this law. Your legislators put it in against your will and you repubs are so tough and dems so outspoken? What have you done about the forced needle law in texas? Throw out your so called lawmakers? Get the law repealed? No. You can be jabbed, stabbed and injected.

I blew zero's not once but 3 times. I was pulled over for a broken license plate light, ended up in jail for smelling like alcohol. The courts know they are in the wrong because they dropped it to a ticket.

And let me ask you, if a cop takes your blood, and your not drunk, what then? No harm, no foul? Well there was harm right? Should he be charged with STABBING ME WITH A METAL INSTRAMENT?

DUI is against the law. we all know this,nothing new.

You do it and away you go if the officers catch you. The blood test is a chance,so the officers just hold you. If you drink stay home,get someone to drive. Paperwork is what you go by,if it is correct put your arm out this will happen

Whose idea was it to put the city council up on a pedestal in their new building? In the old building the citizens looked down on the council members as is appropriate for civil servants.
