No, it's not a sticky glitter, what I do is apply my lipstick on first with a generic lip brush & then get a dry brush & dip it into the glitter & then pat it on my lips~

How are you??~ I am great & thanks so much for the cool comments~ To answer your question, there is no fancy brushes that I use when doing my make up or lips~

I just use what ever brush is availble to me~ Now, as far as where I find them, you can get them from a costume shop or at any hobby lobby~ Just make sure it's the finest glitter available~ Keep in touch & take care~
