Would you mind adding more info on the information section such as that we can use regular flour, and also more precise measurements of teh rice powder and milk? So that we don't have to go down and look at the different comments and answers... that we can't always match up. Like so that cheezz12345 can view this and add more information!

how many(table/tea) spoons of rice and milk? and how long to fry the rice?
i have some store brought rice flour but i prefer to make some at home so im assured its pure............but i dont think what your saying is correct...u dont need to fry the rice to make a powder..........you can just grind raw rice into a mixing machine....and then u have rice flour.
why are u suggesting people to fry the rice first?
