I watched this today and made fondue tonight. This is SO much better than the Joy of Cooking recipe. I also enjoyed the beer prior to startiing! Thanks Louis.

I am Swiss, and that is the Perfect Fondue !!!
To have a Stronger taste Try to put 40% of vacherin, 40% of Gruyere, and 20% of Appenzeller ( The Salty one ) now i am Hungry !!
