Dogs can see yellow to green spectrum in one eye and blue to violet spectrum in the other eye, so dogs can't see red but in this video, the dog sees the laser because red would be registered as a dark or lighter shade of grey compared to the surrounding area.

dogs can see red, blue, black, white, and grey. This was proven, so yes, they see the red dot

They don't see the red color of the dot they just see a black dot moving instead of red.

I found out the older the dog is the better he can see the laser point. When young, they can only see it when it's in motion not when stationary.

Dog's see in black, white, blue (more shades than the human eye) and grey (more shades than the human eye) this of course does not mean that the other colours are completely invisible to them, it means they perceive the colour differently than we do, any colour laser pointer (blue, green, red) they can still see the big dot on the ground, but to them it is not the colour that we see it as.
