THANKS TO OUR BROTHER SHEIK FOR EVERYTHING BUT THIS QUESTION IS NOT NEEDED.. HARAM OR HALAL. I'D RATHER HELP SOMEBODY INSTEAD OF HAVING GOLDEN PEN

obviously the person can carry the pen i.e. wear it. Then again, if you're using gold pens you have some serious ethical issues and truly aren't encouraging the feeding of the poor.
