The guy who had the biggest fault in making marihuana illegal was a extremely ambitius man who wanted to reach the top as fast he could and chose marihuana as a poster drug. he even said "Reefer makes darkies think they're as good as white men.", "...the primary reason to outlaw marijuana is its effect on the degenerate races." Good Job America, keep laws made from men who can make Hitler blush.

the government wont legalize cannabis, because they dont do much good to us, they are only interested in putting taxes and on bringing war.

Let's see, I have 1 atrophied disk, 1 bulging disc, I wake up in pain, I walk in pain, I have insomnia now from the pain and the Government wants me to go to a doctor for treatment. Hmmm, $600+ a month for ins., $120 for each doctor visit because the ins. won't pay, then $30 a month for Vicodin to treat the pain with side effects. The math and waste of time is not worth this much. $750 a month to treat pain there way. WTF!!!

Schedule one drugs are also heroin and other deadly drugs, what the hell is marijuana doing on that list?!?! The only negative side effects of pot are criminal consequences, and when the punishment for the drug is more damaging to somone's life than the drug itself the law becomes pointless!!!! LET US SMOKE OUR POT!!!!! You can drink until you die from alcohol poisoning but if you smoke a joint you are a criminal, what is wrong with our government??? Check out The History of Marijuana movie!

Class one schedule drug=NO medical uses known..I'm in nursing school.. It was pretty funny to hear my professor speak about marijuana---"It's a class one scheduled drug....BUT...it DOES have the following uses...etc etc etc....BUT...for test purposes...it is a class one scheduled drug...ie it doesnt have any medical uses." What BS!!! My friend with leukemia attributes 10-15 lbs gained from smoking marijuana while on chemotherapy. Thats proof enough for me. Legalize it.
