Sleeping Squirrel is hillarious

I was gonna go somewhere when i saw a squirrel laying on the ground not moving. i thought dead. but then i realized it was just laying down being stupid.

They are just trying to cool off! We see them on the lawn doing this all the time during the summer - if you have ever laid down on the grass you will see how cool it feels. They have of course have a fur coat so every bit of coolness helps.

We had one laying in the sun in our driveway all flat just like that. We thought there was something wrong with him at first because we had never seen squirrels flatten out like that. SO CUTE!
