Aww it seems to late to vote for you, but you would of made an awesome tourist guide/blogger. Seriously a lot of the people that have got into the shortlist are BORING!!!! I too went off raw, as I got quite ill. I think because I was low in b12. I'm trying to be a bit more balanced about it all at not beat myself about it.
Does anyone know...when you go to 'rate' Therese's vid on the link, it doesn't seem to change anything or show a change in times viewed. I click on it then go back again and it lets me rate it again. It's just odd that it doesn't ask me for email or anything like it does on the others. Is it still working? Says six days left to vote.

I heard that if the body doesn't get salt in the diet it will take salt from our joints. Perhaps all you need to do is sprinkle some salt on a piece of watermelon. I Do agree with your father. Maybe the body took what it needed from all joints but you had sensitivies in that ankle that couldn't accomodate the drain on minerals. You might try some mineral water in your next smoothie or maybe some salt or both. What's the harm in trying? Quietly ask your body what it needs. Let me know. Hug
