@greystateofmind you know, i think i know why now, its because of animal instincts, when you looks back on some other video of animals saving other animals it usually has to do with some kind of parental instincts, wasn't the animal that was attacked a baby? I believe that Hippo, saw a "baby" getting attacked and went to help it...i don't know for some reason that seems right in my book haha, i am pretty sure i didn't make sense but oh well :P

@greystateofmind Eh....that is an interesting argument but...something about it doesn't stand right in my mind... i don't know what, but it just doesn't make sense...maybe it is because it animals, who are rather highly intelligent i might add, but it just doesn't seem right to mix animals with religion, i don't know :/ that is my view, no offense to those who are religious

animals don't have religion yet they are still able to feel and sympathize for others. if the hypo was trying to act like the croc it would have ripped the animal to shreds. yet it helps the impala ashore and nuzzils it in it's mouth. were did the hypo get it's morals from? not religion that's for sure. morals are with everyone innately.
