CanEx Trucker Tailgates Car Part 1- Hwy 9, Davis Drive, Newmarket October 15, 2009

The driver of this truck decided to tailgate the car ahead of him because the driver wouldn't let him change lanes earlier. I was a little further ahead of the incident. The truck had no business changing into the left lane at the time as there was no room. The trucker should have allowed the cars on the left to pass before he decided to turn his left signal on and just go for it. He forced his rig and trailer into faster traffic where there was no room. The truck is owned by CanEx, trailer #53104, Ontario license plate F6818R.
Incident was eastbound Hwy #9, Davis Drive between Hwy 400 and Yonge St., Thursday October 15, 2009.
