Fresh installation of openSUSE 10.2 x86_64, the day it was released.
The hardware is:
A64 2.9Ghz with 2GB RAM using nForce 4 Ultra chipset, Radeon X800 GTO (modded) + 22" AL2216Ws monitor + rt2500 Wifi and broadcom bluetooth.

  • What you do is download the 5 ISO files from the openSUSE website, than what you do is download a program like powerISO, Google it. Than open the ISO files with powerISO, the 5 of them and burn them to a CD, you can burn to DVD but its slower so not recommended, than you put the disk in drive, restart, select install and than follow the steps, its rather easy.

  • could you please, tell me how to install the opensuse 10.2. i have the iso file (DVD), can i burn with Nero7? please tell me how.....thanks
