Today, we visited Miss Clark's 5th grade class at Little Tor Elementary School in the Clarkstown School District in New York. For the third year in a row, students are making homemade baskets and cards for families of children with #disabilitiesandspecialneeds in our Early Childhood Education program. With the help of artist and owner of Vincents Ear in Nyack Tracy Kachtick-Anders she taught students how to make actual stamps with their names on them so that the cards would be personalized for our families.

The baskets of food will be delivered next week to Jawonio. To find out how you can help and/or donate to our Jawonio families during the holidays, or volunteer in our children or adult programs, please email carla.virgilio@jawonio.org.

Thank you Miss Clark, Tracy, and Little Tor for your generosity in word and deed.
Students Jane and Gigi, their #compassion is showing!!
