First of all, it was really stuck in there so of coarse it would be hard to get out.
second of all, That crane DOES NOT have a pay out rate, its all skill.
the only thing they can do to make it hard is turn the strength down and hope you miss.NO PAY OUT AT ALL, 100% SKILL CRANE. The company who makes hat is RAINBOW. I know because thats all I operate on my route and no I have no walmarts.
