  • :( that you arnt feeling well

  • No worries.... it'll get better. ;)

  • Don't mean to change the subject, but are you running and "oscolating" (spelling??)

or do you have a ghost in your closet? Your stuff is moving back there....LOL

  • That danged curtain startled me yesterday when I saw it moving but it's just my ceiling fan blowing it around.... either that or a very bored and unimaginative ghost. ;)

  • I'm so sorry that you have to suffer with so many physical difficulties Elissa. Not only do you deal with the pain and stiffness of Fibromyalgia, you also have Asthma and Sleep Apnea. You poor thing, I don't know how you stay so positive most of the time, although I remember you saying you do get down and depressed to at times. You are really an amazing woman to deal with all of these things. Thank God you didn't have a heart attack or stroke before you got your CPAP machine. I hope your ok!

  • give me that popsicle!

  • My nurse friends tell me cold air is good for asthma attacks...in the winter they put their kids outside and in the summer stick their heads in the freezer...they start breathing better, pronto. I'm completely serious, not trying to be a wiseacre.

  • Girl, it is sooo hot here. It is unbearable. I love having my blinds open during the day and I can not open a blind anywhere or the a/c is overworked. Blah.

Goodness at the cpap. Ouchie. I sleep on my stomach so I am outta luck if I ever need a cpap. I seriously am addicted to my stomach sleeping. I hope it gets better for you.

  • I have had cpap for 8 years, LOVE IT. I cant sleep without it, and I have the same one I started with, I cant do the nose one, I use the RESPIRONICS COMFORT GEL

  • Hang in there!
