VW GOLF MultiFuel with SoundRacer FM Transmitter with Super Sports Car engine sound, V10 and V8. Canon MV600i DV camera, built in mic used. Use good bass speakers when watching and don´t miss the V8 part after the V10! Remember, seeing the video can never be compared with the fun of actually driving a car with SoundRacer. The V8 sound is from a prototype, the final V8 from June 2009 sound much better, you can hear it on "Shonky and the SoundRacer V8" and other videos.

@xAltis1x Sorry, but hybrid cars have a totally different electrical system, not compatible with the SoundRacer.

@gixxer450 You bet there are! 35000 sold in 33 countries by now. Drivers with silent cars that want to have a little fun for themselves and their friends by enjoying race car sounds. In contrast to real muscle cars SoundRacer is very inexpensive, environmental friendly and does not disturb the surroundings. Exciting interactive in-car entertainment!

Just bought 1 today and it's going back to the store. I tested on Toyota Yaris and Renault Espace. The response is delayed and it sounds rather funny. No realism whatsoever.

@MrSammyJankiss As you can se on all the YouTube videos made by happy SoundRacer users, there is no delay in response. Did you do the 5 seconds startup described in the user manual? SoundRacer is made to be fun and really makes people smile and laugh. Do not expect such an inexpensive gadget to sound EXACTLY as a real Shelby Mustang V8, Lamborghini V10 or Ferrari V12 but it is close enough to give most racing enthusiasts a great experience.
