I am a blessed to be a watsu & Waterdance practitioner which means I spend a lot of time in a warm water pool with people, helping them relax and heal their bodies and souls. This created a connection between two of my great passions in life: water and helping people heal - via Shiatsu -- Watsu, water shiatsu.

Through the process of becoming a practitioner. I discovered another type of therapy called Waterdance, in which I take my partner on a journey under water. This makes the connection between meditation, diving and healing, and opens a new dimension to another level of being.

In my years of diving I was blessed with the opportunity to work with dolphins in the dolphin reef in Eilat. This is a unique place as the dolphins are free to come and go as they please, people can dive with them and get to know the dolphins. The dolphins take part in treating children with disabilities. In my work I used to dive with them most of the day and got to know them closely. Being in water with the dolphins playing, observing and listening was a life transforming experience, I cold see how they communicate with etch other, the way the touch and play all day. Their playfulness and joy of life touched my hart, and I apply this knowledge in my Water sessions.

The Vipassana Meditation course I went on was very hard. It took me 5 days to get connected to the meditation and to get in focus. On the 7 day after a long struggle and not being satisfied with who I was, a clear understanding and peace appeared, from that moment on it was amazing I remember on the tenth day how proud I was. The gift was amazing - my new found ability to focus and concentrate had impacted all areas of my life, and I am able to see myself and my life clearly.
