Specialized Cladding and Neon

Specialized Cladding & Neon furnishes, fabricates and installs high quality exterior metal wall systems. Our fabrication facility in State of Qatar has produced millions of square feet of installation-ready aluminum composite material. With our purchase of a Flexi cam CNC Router, our capacity to produce panels extruded with our attachment system has more than doubled. We introduced aluminum composite materials to the area in 1983, and have proven ourselves to be the leader in this specialties business.

Each time an aluminum composite panel terminates, or turns a corner, or is mitered with another panel, we require a cut of various shapes and depths. Our CNC Router ("CNC" stands for computer numeric code) performs each of these three cuts for us, with strict precision. Here is how it works:
• We generate our submittal drawings on AutoCAD 2007.
• After incorporating the Architect's revisions into our AutoCAD files, we take field dimensions to ensure that the framing is installed properly. Of course we will adjust our panel sizes if there are variances.
• We use the corrected submittals and field dimensions to create a panel fabrication ticket for every distinct panel on the job. The AutoCAD file is exported to a DXF file, which, in turn, is translated to a code that the machine reads.
• Our shop personnel place the raw sheets on the machine. The machine then cuts our panels to your precise specifications, using a separate tool for perimeter cuts, v-grooves, and miter cuts. The sheet is held down with vacuum pressure so no damage is done to the face of the panel. (The factory-applied peel coat provides additional protection to the face of the panel.)
• Our shop personnel assemble the panel with either wet system or dry system extrusions, which come to our shop in stock lengths.
To assure quality we perform all of our own design and engineering, fabrication and installation and provide the owner a first class project
