As of today my opinion has completely changed. The black soap face wash must've needed a few days to get all the gunk off of my face because it doesn't feel like it's cracking anymore. The BEST news for me is that it's fading all the dark spots on my face leftover from acne! Yaaaay! I'm so glad I gave this soap more time to work. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Also, thank you for all your help, Nicole!

Do you think I should try to give it more time? I just want it to work so bad!

I know and it saddens me that this is happening because I had such high hopes for it after watching Sardun1's review. I'm completely confused as to why this is doing this to me. I tried it again tonight and yet again my face just felt awful. I can't even remember the last time I had a reaction to something.

A sensitivity can occur even with organic ingredients and lead to drying. With this product, it is unusual for anyone to experience extreme dryness because it contains 10% shea, which is very moisturizing and is a high percentage of a moisturizing cleansing ingredient for the industry.
Is any type of oil (For E.g. Macadamia oil & Advocado oil) good to put on your face as a moisturiser? My skin is so dry that I can't wear make up anymore because it looks blotchy and disgusting on my face..

@mznaturezfinest Some oils aren't good because they're too "blocking"...but if you're super dry, macadamia oil is amazing. Go for it! Another option is our Goddess Oil, which customers love.

So glad I watched this. I was considering getting the Dermanew system to use in conjunction with my black soap but not now. I use all Shea Terra products, the soap, the rose tone and spray and the argan oil and rose cream.I still want some form of exfoliation,so what do you recommend.I do have sensitive skin.BTW your skin is beautiful.Cathy

@catmama54 Hi Cathy, so sorry it took so long to respond, I've been in NYC on a major buying trip! So fun! Anyway...I recommend the D'Vine Merlot Exfoliator for you...just amazing and perfect for sensitive, aging skin. :)
