This documentary explores the symptoms of PFD - Post Festival Depression, and its debilitating effects on filmmakers who have experienced The St. John's International Women's Film Festival.

Two Ontario filmmakers - Irene Duma and Rachel Peters - have a hard time coping with regular life after returning home from The 2007 SJIWFF.

Post Festival Depression or PFD is a commom affliction suffered by those who had way too much fun at SJIWFF - and by consequence, find transitioning to their banal and mundane lives difficult.
