I believe the pilot had a 65 oz thrust motor from Hobby King and it was a 50 amp ESC with the built in BEC from Grayson Hobby. We wrapped the ESC in some plastic to keep water from spashing on it. IT does however tend to heat up if you push it hard covered like that. That plane had a real hard knife edge landing and is no longer in flying condition. Just taped up the cowel a little also to prevent water from getting in too easy. He used a 2200 3 cell battery from Hobby King, 30C I think
The floats were modified to attach to the plane using Hobby Zone Super Cub Floats and wires.
