Makes me think of a time when a fiddle bow [stick] was just as much a part of Canadian culture as a hockey stick,the music and dance was important and some Canadian fiddlers were [and still are] equally adept at stick-handling,square dancing, step-dancing [and probably our national sports like 3 down football and lacrosse] after all, fiddling and dancing in the Canadian style is a pretty athletic thing!...you guys keep that spirit alive....thanks.

Thanks to Yvonne Chartrand at the John Arcand Fiddle Festival, I have FINALLY learned how to do the double step and I'm working on my changes now... I often play guitar to the Red River Jig, but man, I can't imagine jigging AND playing an instrument at the same time! Wicked!!

I'm not familiar w/metis myself but,the fiddle playing & dancing was great. Reminds me alot of he old-time clogging, buck-dancinf, flat-footing done. AWESOME!

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but since you have no personal knowledge of these young performers, or it seems of Metis culture... I will explain that Cory and Kelsey are honored to dance the traditional jig and they are very talented... your comment about them being robots is quite funny actually
