This guys are liers, I have reported scams to ebay and they have taken no action on scammers, ebay encourages scams by having scampal as the only payment method, if you do not want to be scammed do not use paypal. use bitcoins and an scrow service.

Well I'm not in law enforcement or in any legal profession, but you lot couldn't spot fraud and illegal activity if it bit you on the arse, I can just go to hundreds of sellers accounts and see they flogging counterfeit software, but Ebay still let them sell and they still make money, Ebay are the real thieves as they keep money from illegal activities, as for these two clowns, bragging about one case means fuck all to people who have been ripped off.

Assholes, didn't Ebay just get busted and paid through the courts of France for stealing designers brand names and taking keywords to direct traffic to Ebay that belonged to them? EBAY IS THE BIGGEST FRAUDSTERS THAT ARE OUT THERE IN MY HONEST OPINION AND THAT OF ALL THEIR SELLERS..

Here is a better one, how about when someone by mistakes listed something twice and Enay not only takes the listing down but steals your money. I like to call law enforcement on the behalf of all sellers you are openly stealing their money without a chance of revision of their listing. You also raise fees saying it is because of policy violation of sellers per shipping but you can put the same web crawlers and catch them like you find multi listings.
