@Toyman1982 They're trying to get through the operator in order to get to Castro and pretending Chavez is calling. After several seconds speaking with Castro, the guy (from Miami) tells him he's been pranked and Castro cusses him out while the pranksers laugh. No pun intented, but Mexican is not a language; it's a nationality where the people speak the Spanish language. Also, Fidel Castro is from Cuba, not Mexico.
