The second part of that's OK, we are trying to care of Americans. You and I and Obama may differ on the way it's being done, but you can't deny that America is on the move trying to take care of each other.
The first part; "Screw everyone else" sounds simplistic in a progressively complex and interdependent modern world. America is in the game, like it or not.
