wind turbine- raising the 60 foot tower

Finally raising the 10 foot homebrew wind turbne up on the 60 foot pole tower. 3 1/2 inch pipe with 3/8 inch cable guy wires and 2 1/2 x 3 x 3 foot concrete anchors x4. Thank the Lord it went up without a hitch. Now putting out 780watts in a 25 mph wind (right at furling speed). Been working on it for 5 months and its good to see it fly up where its supposed to be...now we'll see how it weathers the spring storms.

Great Job on both the wind turbine and video! I will be raising mine in a few weeks and will use your video both as an inspiration and training tool for my crew to do the job safely! thanks man, now i'm worried about ligntning, just need to put in the grounding rods and keep praying! so far so good. thanks for the comment.
