  • How many sets and reps should I do? How long will it take for my neck to start getting bigger?

  • @ssavoy7 I have no idea how long its going to take you to get your neck bigger, I don't train you. 3 sets of 50-100 reps. Work up to that. Search my other neck videos I answer all the questions you have asked me in detail. Also check out my TNT Neck training DVD at my website under products. This dvd will get your neck growing like no other.

  • I am going to start boxing during the summer. I was wondering what is a good weight to start with? Will it make my neck stronger and bigger? Will I be able to take hits? Can you take any hit since you lift so much weight with your neck?

  • @ssavoy7 yes it will make your neck stronger and bigger.a good weight to start would be either a 10lbs or 25lbs plate. I have no idea if you will be able to take hits. Working the neck helps but you will find you either have a good beard or you don't. Meaning you won't know how you take a shot till you get hit. No I cannot take any hit, I was a much better wrestler than I was throwing my hands :)

  • Wow What A Lift!..Respect.

  • Big*

  • @ZenBreakfast Outstanding, good luck. I suggest my TNT neck training dvd. I cover all my training for grappling and combat athletes when it comes to the neck.

  • @machinelandtv I do MMA that's why I really need my neck to be strong! At the gym we don't really train neck that much... From today I'll start! Thanks for the great videos!

  • @ZenBreakfast I don't do a set time of rest. Go according to how you feel and what uyour goals are. If you are a combat athlete then I suggest keeping the rest times donw to a minimum. say :30-1:00 of rest.

    Thanks

  • Great video! But how much we must wait between reps?
